Hit a plateau

Ive been losing a little weight for a while now but I've been at a sudden plateau for a couple of weeks now. Am I doing this whole weight loss thing wrong or is this sudden pause normal?

Stall not a plateau. Plateau is actually pretty rare.
So have you been off plan AT ALL? Even a day or so of eating more than you usually do or lack of consistency with your daily routine can make a small difference.
Weight loss isn't linear, meaning you can do the same exact thing 2 weeks in a row and get different results.

I haven't eaten more at all. Less, if anything.

If your diary is accurate and you're eating 500-800 calories a day, then I'd say that yes you're doing something wrong. Are you being medically supervised at this calorie level?

For the love of puppies, eat more. At minimum you should be eating around 1200, the past few days you've been around 700.

I've been feeling a bit poorly lately which I why my calorie intake is low.
