I can't believe I've logged my meals for 22 days and forgot to last night smh... Well I only ended up 820 calories for an entire day!! Since I lost a lot of weight in 2012 I get full really fast, plus I drink a lot of water after my runs which curbs my appetite!! I just got a little overwhelmed with the business and got distracted... Oh well a new day tomorrow!
Happy health and fitness friends!!!

It is just a tool to help you understand what you're eating.
You won't need to do it for life, you know!0 -
Oh!! I know when I lost the 58 pounds I never used my fitness pal I just used these weight watcher laddles I bought for $20 and just measured everything I ate I've been doing portion control for 4 yrs now and I was a vegetarian for 5 yrs,. but I really do like this app it really makes you think!! Don't feel too bad. I once blew a 270 day streak. It's the only day I missed in the last 1070 days.0

Yup, I blew a 265 day streak once...I was not happy.0

It was one meal. Not that big of a deal. You can go back and add it to your log at any point if you can remember what you ate.
As long as you logged in to the site/app at least once you don't lose your logging streak even if you did not complete your food diary.
I prelog my food for the day so I don't forget anything.0
