This is not healthy whatsoever, but it's super easy to make and really delicious.

8oz 1/3 fat cream cheese (at room temperature)
8oz fat free Cool Whip (thawed)
3/4 cup sugar
1 cup peanut butter
1T vanilla
1 ready made pie crust (I use chocolate)

Beat ingredients together on medium high until well blended, pop into a pie crust and freeze for at least 3 hours. The hardest thing about this pie is waiting for it to be ready!

So under 300 cal for 1/16 piece of pie. I'm guessing rich enough that that will be good.

Man oh man!! this just sounds SOOOOOOOO GOOOOOOOOD!! And I just LOVE peanut butter.

If I had seen this yesterday, I would have made it for the cookout. Leaving soon, so I can't make it today.

That's just average peanut butter pie. I mean, there's not even any pixie dust or unicorn farts in it.

I've made this before. It's one of the most delicious desserts I've ever tasted.
