Hello yall,

I am in my mid twenties and have reached my highest weight yet! It is hard, it is stressful and sometimes I want to give up, but then I look in the mirror! I have a goal of 100 + so join in on the journey. Add me, let's motivate eachother. I thank God for guiding me through this. Have a blessed day. ❤

If you can keep it up long enough to get a few concrete results, it gets easier to weather those thoughts of giving up. Suddenly giving up doesn't just mean reverting to a more comfortable daily routine, it means giving up a realistic vision of tremendous, wonderful results in the near future and even better ones five or six months from now. Once you get hooked on the changes, what you're giving up to achieve them will seem less important.

I am the same way. I have been trying and trying to get motivated and stick with it but something always seems to get me off track. Stress is my big problem. I have faith that you can do this and will help keep you motivated!

I think so many of us are this way...I've been on here for quite a while but just got back on again today as I need to get more active. When I don't exercise, I just don't have energy which makes me just sit on the couch and eat. Let's keep each other motivated!
