It's a good starting point, but I'd hate for anyone to feel like they have to stick to just what's on the list (we've seen it happen over and over again around here).

Much as I like fish I also need chicken and occasionally beef though not burgers! Otherwise quite helpful if it's a shopping list you are after - I need recipes too0
