It's hard but you have to start somewhere, I'm 31 with an 8year old with high blood pressure, it's going to get better.

Yes it is. it will get easier as time goes on. Implement healthy items that are low in sodium gradually. You will notice that it will become the everyday norm. I've gotten to the point where I only use Mrs. Dash and honey. My food tastes great. you can do this chica!! Welcome to fitnesspal...0

The change is what's hard. Eating what's good for us is enjoyable. Google "the pleasure trap" (Doug Lisle). Although I don't follow his veganism, he has a lot to offer.0
