    the actual calories required to get drunk/buzzed aren't that bad if you can shoot straight hard liquor

    Alcohol calories in clear liquor is low. It's the soda that it's mixed with where you get the calories.

    Beer CALORIES and CARBS. Scary.

    I don't care that alcohol does, I just wish baked goods didn't. I mean I guess I put alcohol in some cakes so maybe it would be good if it didn't have any either.

    In my own mind...it has zero calories :heart: just add ice. How else could any of us possibly survive without it?

    Realized how much is in beer the other day. That was a sad day. So now to let my tolerance go down so I can have a few shots of whiskey and call it a day! Haha

    I drink it anyway. :D Several nights a week after kids get in the bed, but mostly on weekends when they are at their dads house (my ex). I never have had a gain. Alcohol dries me out, helps get rid of the excess sodium and then I drink more water. I don't like to eat when I drink either so that helps.
