Thought I Was Doing Well

I started seeing a Nutritionist about 2 months ago after years of my physicians recommending it. Thought I was eating well only to see how I was nowhere near what I should be doing. After a couple of sessions, working out the same I have lost an additional 10 pounds and still dropping. Feel the best I have in years! I find it interesting that I used to really focus on my calories and now I spend almost my entire time in the Nutrition tab making sure I am taking in the foods/nutrients I should be.
I have also found the most amazing spice blends. They add a ton of flavor without any salt, sugar, MSG or other additives. This has allowed me to completely remove the salt shaker from my cooking. So now I am cutting out sugar, white flour, bad fats and salt. Making sure that I am getting the protein and fiber I should be.
It is amazing.
