Do you stretch before or after cardio

And do you stretch before or after strength training?

    after everything is best. but warm up on cardio and strength training.

    I still like stretching first despite recent reports that it temporarily makes muscles weaker. I like the way it feels.

    The only time I stretch is before squats. Or if I feel a tightness during a workout.

    When I take a run, I start out easy to warm up for about a half mile and then get into my pace. I never stretch before a run, only a little after.

    However, working regular stretches into your regiment is a good idea to help foster flexibility and mobility. I just don't find it beneficial before workouts.
