my name is Mell :)

Eating is one of my favourite hedonic activities. Like... I can just top my emotions in mashed potatoes and once I taste the comforting sweet-salty combo all the negativity in the world is gone. I workout and look pretty okay : 5 ft 7, 147 pounds, muscular legs and butt. BUT I am not where I want to be. I want to be lean and get rid of the emotional snacks I just tend to grab when I feel too much. The progress I made in the last 4 years is that all the food that I eat is ,,clean'', but even skinless fat free chicken breast tastes good to me, so I must limit portions.

After a bit of experimentation, I decided to do a 1200 net calorie diet. I know now I will get probably some critics about the low calorie limit, but I will be netting, which will allow me to eat more with workouts.

I need some support and will be happy, if you also have similar goals and add me as a friend : )
I want to lose 20-22 pounds by end of august.
