Neither one will create weight loss. Drink the one that you enjoy the most.0

Jane already said my answer.0 -
Neither have been proven.
But I stopped drinking green tea and gained weight.
Once I realized I went back to drinking it and have never looked back.
I'm a green tea drinker for life now.

neither are proven to assist in weight loss. that comes down to your calorie deficit.
Although what i CAN say is green tea has some caffiene whereas herbal teas are generally decaf.
Generally it's the caffiene in supplements that ever so slight increases metabolic rate and may help with energy/concentration/slight appetite suppression.0 -
You cannot drink tea (or anything else) and expect to lose weight from it. Nothing is magical.0

For weight loss, neither. Herbal for medicinal purposes - colds, sore throats and allergies mostly. Irish Breakfast or Earl Grey for pleasure.0
-
Not for weight loss. But, I enjoy both of various kinds.0
