Hi I am somewhat new to My Fitness Pal and trying to figure what I need to do to loss weight. I'm 48 and its' been a real struggle to lose weight(way easier to put it on). I m going to try watching my macros and plan out my meals in advance but its sometimes hard as I have teenage kids and a husband that enjoy eating and can eat whatever they want and not gain. Does anyone have suggestions? Tips or tricks?
