Hi. New to Myfitnesspal and I have to say I love the app. I've been into dieting and working out on and off for years now. This website and app is such an asset and I wish I started using it earlier. I've been in fairly good shape my whole life but I'll be turning 35 in a month and my metabolism has really slowed this year. I don't have as much time/motivation to work out and I don't have a lot of discipline when it comes to eating.

Prompted by a challenge I saw on Instagram, I am eating clean and training hard for the next 30 days leading up to my 35th birthday. Hoping for good results.

This new chapter in life is presenting new challenges but hopefully I'll be up to task. Great first impressions of the community here and hope to be a part of it. Cheers!
