Bingeing problem

So I started my weightloss journey 27days ago. I've been doing pretty well when it comes to stopping myself binge eating, managed to loose 6lbs however today I just couldn't help it, I went crazy on high calorie foods. Even while I was eating it I knew how disappointed I was going to be but that didn't stop me. I'm eating plenty within my calorie allowance however me feeling relatively full doesn't stop me from bingeing. I'm 5ft 3 with over 100lbs to loose I'm currently eating 1550 cals a day and feeling satisfied on that, my real question is how do I stop myself bingeing? I always feel like it's one step forward two steps back when this happens.

Step on the scale or look at yourself in the mirror before eating. No better reminder of where you're at and where you want to be.

There are lots of people who battle the same thing so look through the threads here and get some ideas. Also, are there certain foods that you binge on ? If so, keep them out of the house.

Binge eating has many sources so try to narrow down the source of yours and that should help.

Don't buy the bingey foods would be my advice have in your cupboards healthier alternatives. When you go out just avoid the junk food isles.
