Is there a more accurate way to calculate calories burned during strength training? I'm assuming that the cardio numbers are reasonably accurate but the weight training seems dubious.
Today it calculated that I burned 178 calories over 45 minutes of strength training.
I'm not worried about being completely accurate but any thoughts on the best way to work out rough numbers?

If you want a rough estimate, I'd say you have it. Circuit training may be appropriate if you don't rest between sets.0

Sounds about right - the estimate is based on METS.0
