Today was my rest day!

So today was my rest day which meant I didn't have to run so I decided to walk 2 miles , burned 291 calories. I started to ride my bike but it was way to windy out here in sweet Iowa, hopefully I'll get some luck by next week and get out with my cycling team!! I'm very excited that I'm getting rewarded to eat more calories because I exercised, 1200 I can eat but I know I'll never make it, because I get full really quick! Well everyone its been nice but its time to hydrate and get a little something to eat, this girl chick is hungry!!
