Many banchan are naturally vegetarian, but many of her non-meat dishes have variations listed that will turn the dish vegetarian (fish is in almost everything!).

I love maanchi. Also look up crazy Korean cooking. They have a good web site but Maanchi's videos are the best. We had Korean tonight for dinner0 -

How much love can we give Maangchi!? She's the best! Cucumber Kim chi is my favorite, veggie Kim bap is awesome, rice cakes stew is amazing, basically Korean food is amazing.0

tonight I made Mung bean pancakes and Spicy soft tofu stew. Very filling and not high calorie0

Maangchi has a good recipe for kimchi bokkeumbap. I too love kimchi (I'm sure that's a surprise to no one.)0
