High protein snack ideas

Would love some high protein (~10g) snack ideas around 100-200 calories. I'm getting a little sick of string cheese with fruit and protein bars... I need something quick and simple at work.
I'm doing Game-On/Diet fix ~1400 cal/day and so far loving the fact that I get to eat 5 times a day! Good luck everyone and thanks for any ideas. :smile:
