Hello - time to get more serious!

41 y/o firefighter from Chicago area. I train fairly hard..I do powerfiting/Olympic lifting and mix in some crossfit type workouts and recently added Orange theory for metabolic conditioning. I feel I eat fairly clean...nothing really processed, not much sugar. But I feel my macros are not what they need to be and my occasional alcohol consumption is keeping me from leaning out. I'm going to use "Eat to Perform" for my diet...I need energy with the way I workout and because of my job. I don't want to calorie restrict and feel crappy and have bad workouts. I also didn't know there was a "friend" option on here but that could be cool to be more motivated and accountable.
