Macros and weightloss

)0how important is it to hit all your macros? Is it bad to go over some?

For weight loss only, macros don't matter. You can be over or under them and still lose weight as long as your calories are in the right range.
Macros matter for things like hunger, health, body composition, and such, but not for weight loss (barring any medical conditions).0 -
To lose weight/fat in general, macros are less important than balance and quality. Focus on getting a serving of protein, veggies and healthy fats in at every meal! Cut out processed food so you know you are giving your body the amazing things it needs to do amazing things for you! Eat every 3-4 hours so that your metabolism stays revved up and you don't get hunger pains and food cravings! That way it will be easier to make great food choices0
