I'm 21 Looking to loose a 100 pounds I really need help with a meal plan and also work out routines it really hard being a college student and works full time and being in a relationship. Can someone give me tips and keep me motivated

    Give these a read, consider consulting your doctor, and good luck!

    The most common newbie mistakes:
    1. Setting an extreme deficit and exercise program and burning out.
    2. Eating too much one day and giving up.
    3. Following a trendy, fad eating plan that makes you miserable and teaches you nothing.

    As the forums recently reminded me, it is not about eating as little as you can, it's about eating as much as you possibly can and still lose weight.
