AlterG Anti gravity treadmill

Hi! I was just wondering if anyone here uses an AlterG anti gravity treadmill for therapeutic purposes? I am 170 lbs overweight and have serious joint issues and am considering to book in some sessions to build up my fitness without causing any more damage to my knees.
