I seem to have written loads of these introductions as I'm so good at starting off my "new me" lifestyle but so bad at keeping it up. My name is Sharon, and I have no staying power!
I tend to be a bit gung-ho at the start, cutting out all my bad habits in one go and then obviously not being able to maintain it so I'm back again, but with a more chilled out approach this time.
I'm looking for some new friends to help motivate each other, and help each other through the stumbles that will come. I keep my food diary private, but I'd love help with tips on staying the distance and not giving up at the first hurdle.
I do tend to log on most days, but I also care for my husband at times as he has a chronic illness so sometimes I'm not around for a little while which I know doesn't work for everyone. But if you're like me and don't mind me being MIA once in a while then I'd love to make friends!

Add me if you like. I'll also be taking some short breaks because calorie counting shouldn't take priority over the people and other goals in our lives0
