Low calorie/sodium/carb/sugar foods???

Tomorrow I get to go grocery shopping finally and my cupboards are officially cleaned out and ready for a fresh start. I was hopeing that some of you would have ideas for good things to fill up my cupboards/fridge/freezer. Here are some ingrediants that ive pretty much already substituted into my life change instead of things i used to eat, please post any ideas/ foods that are also better then boxed foods.
Salsa: instead of ranch/ketchup
Whole Grain Pasta noodles: Instead of hamburger helper i now use Newmans Own pasta sauce and whole grain noodles
Ground Pork: Instead of ground beef
Virgin Olive oil: instead of vegetable oil
Skinny Cow Ice Cream: Instead of normal ice cream
Fresh veggies: Instead of frozen veggies
Fresh chicken breasts (foster farms ect) Instead of the already portioned frozen chicken breasts
Heart of romaine lettuce instead of ice burg lettuce
Sweet and salty bars: Instead of candy bars
1% milk instead of whole milk
Crystal Light: instead of soda
I need more food ideas and any other things that are better.
please and thank you, im just nervous about coming home with only two bags of groceries and feeling like theres nothing to eat lol whats peoples opinions on tortilla chips?
