Hello Everyone,
My name is Barbara, I joined the myfitnesspal March 8th, 2016. So far I have lost 13.6 lbs and dropped 3 pants size. I really love the Venus Factor program.
I'm learning new things everyday about how to incorporate my meals and exercise, I have had a few bumps along the way; like learning to eat 3 meals a day. Before I would only eat 1 meal and a snack and I didn't see any drop in my weight.
I'm looking to add new friends and open to any advice each and everyone of you can give to help me stay motivated.
