What are your daily calorie goals, and how are you reaching your weight loss goals?
My calorie goal is 1200 at the moment, and I usually end up eating right around 1300. I workout 6x/week, about an hour each day. I've lost 25lb since 1/5/16 and I am keeping up with my goals because I HAVE HAD IT with being overweight and want to be back at a reasonable weight by the time I turn 50 next year.
