Blah blah blah......is that a donut?

I'm definitely one of those ppl who is an emotional binge eater. I know this and I've known it for a long time. A year ago I really started actually trying and I've lost 43lbs and there's 57lbs to go. I'm so stressed out right now. Husband had to change jobs in DEC 2015 and I went back to work. Though he is much happier and safer we aren't making ends meet. Things keep getting turned off. There are no luxuries....like cable or Internet or warm water some weeks lol......oh dear Lord give me strength and keep the doughnuts out of my sight.

    I'm sorry you're struggling. Financial stress can be so overwhelming. I would work very hard on developing a budget and cutting all expenses you can. If you feel a little more in control of the financial situation, perhaps you won't feel as compelled to eat in response to your stress.

    I know one thing, working out ALWAYS takes my mind off chit... and keeps my hands out of the donut box. Hang in... it WILL get better and you WILL get to your goal.
