Hello!

Hi everyone.
I am joining in the hope of losing 1.5 stone. I have a 7 month old daughter and haven't really lost the weight since being pregnant, despite breastfeeding (it's a myth!).
I was vegetarian since age 12 (15 years) and vegan for around 2 years now.
I am a terrible snacker and those cravings come pretty much anytime my baby is asleep or with my husband!
Hoping I can focus on getting good quality nutrition and reduce my refined sugar and carb intake

    Hi! I'm vegan as well and hoping to lose around 20 to 30 lbs! I'm not sure about where you live, but in Canada the access to unhealthy vegan food has skyrocketed since I became vegan 20+ years ago! I'm like you, I need to get back to basics and get rid of the sugar and processed food. Good luck!

    Im from the UK but agree! Growing up as a teenager it was all macaroni cheese as a vegetarian option and nothing vegan!
    Now you can get vegan chocolate, fudge, etc from my local supermarket...
