2 Boring food... Need some change... Help

I need help. I'm doing OK losing weight but here is my problem... I'm board of the food. I see people eating yummy looking foods and recipes but I'm scared to do it and gain weight... I'm not good at coming up with recipes. I eat boaring stuff.. Boiled eggs, protein shakes, grilled chicken and veggies, salad... Etc... How do you guys lose and get away with eating fruit, waffles, yogurt, rice.... Etc.... I'm so scared of carbs.... HELP

    carbs are definitely not evil and do not lead to weight gain, eating over your caloric requirements will be the culprit for weight gain. A lot of people eat low carb due to "bro-science", fruit is not something you get away with eating, it is a healthy whole-food great addition to a well rounded meal plan.

    If you are bored of the choices you are making I would start simple - try adding spices and salt-free seasonings to your meals first... then try branching out with new or different vegetables :smile:
