Starting April 1st!
21 days long, rules are:
No sweets, bread, pasta, or fast food
Workout at least 5 times a week for a minimum of 30 mins.
You are allowed one cheat meal a week!
Make sure to write down your beginning weight and take a beginning progress pic!

Let me know if you wanna join! It's always easier when you have a support group
