Could use motivation and accountability!

Hello,
Last October I finished a 55k ultramarathon with a pretty disappointing time as I hurt my knee 20k in and hobbled the rest. Since then I've put on 20+ lbs and have lost a lot of fitness and almost all my motivation. I see myself getting closer to where I was 10 years ago (sedentary, close to 200lbs on a 5'4 frame), and I want to get back on track before my 155 turns back to 200.
I'm vegan but that doesn't mean I eat healthy! 20+ years of veganism has left me pretty complacent with my diet. A binge is a binge whether it's plants or some kind of processed vegan comfort food! I stress / emotional eat, so I'm thinking the app will help with that.
Anyway, as I said, I'm hoping this app will help me get back on track and so I can fall back in love with being healthy. My birthday is mid-June (40!) and I'd like to be back to a "healthy" bmi by then.
