    Hi Sharmaine. I find the following things to be very helpful as far as my weight loss goes. I've lost 20 lbs since Feb 2nd of this year.

    -measure and weigh all foods you eat
    -drink water
    -eat as many one ingredient foods as you can (fruits, veggies, nuts, cheese)
    -exercise at least every other day (if not more often) and do something for about 30 min to 1 hour at minimum. I walk on the treadmill every other day for 30 minutes or more. Anything to get my heart rate up and make me sweat.
