Finally ready!!

A few years ago I started to get overweight and while I tried crazy diets to stop it, the truth is that it never worked. Well now I feel ready! I am tired of feeling sad everytime I go to a shop to try jeans or to feel bad if I go out on a dinner with my friends because I eat more than them. I am prepared to this new adventure in my family, that it won't be easy but it'll be life changing, and that's exactly what I need!
