Do you eat back what you burned during your excersize?

Personally I do not. Currently I am trying to loose weight, so to ensure I dont have a calorie surplus I dont eat what I have burned. Until I get to where I am just trying to maintain my weight I try not to eat the calories that I have burned. I am not sure if this is the correct method but so far it has worked for me.0

YES !! And I am losing at the exact rate my plan is set for !0

I may get into them a little but I try to only consume my deficit. I only use the excersise cal as a bit of a padding if I go over.0

Yes I do.
If you are following MFP then your calorie deficit set by the app will get you to the weight loss, exercise calories are an extra added bonus for you to eat specifically to fuel your next workout.
Eating your at least some of your exercise calories is extra important esp if you are at a low calorie goal...ie 1200 in, burn 350 now down to 850...not healthy.0 -
Not all of it. My goal is to eat 1200kcal/day but if I go running and burn 400kcal, then maybe I would eat 1400kcal/day (just 200 more) so I wouldn't be starving all day and still lose weight!0
