How much carbs and fat should i take in?

I am struggling with losing weight a bit i eat 1300 calories a day and was 1200 but upped it 100 and still seem to be getting stuck i find i can fall off the wagon for a weekend or week maybe gain 1lb then back on the diet and be down 3-4 i dont get it.

in general higher protein diets than "standard" help weight loss - let's say 35% protein. Add to that 25% fats and you're left with 40% carbs. You can set this in custom goals.
If you were going for low carb then 100g / 400 calories or about 30-35% of your calories would be carbs, with consequently more fat to make it add up to 100.0 -
Also, don't worry if you lose 3-4 lb then gain one, it's pretty normal. Just keep doing what you're doing and be patient.0
