Hi everyone, I'm an average bodied female in my 40's looking for advice. I work out daily, but I need help with what muscle groups to work on, on a daily basis that go together. Last night I did cardio first and then I worked on biceps and back. I really want to concentrated on arms, back, for the stubborn back fat, legs and waistline. I belong to a gym but I need help in coordinating what muscle groups to work on from Monday through Friday. Please HELP.

You can't spot reduce.
Why don't you find an established lifting program instead of just making one up yourself?0 -
Well some common splits are
3 or 6 day: push (chest and tri), pull (back and biceps) Legs and shoulders
4 day: chest, back, legs, biceps triceps shoulders
5 day: chest, back, arms, legs, shoulders
That being said I agree with @singingflutelady I would find an established lifting progressive lifting program, ideally one that utilizes compound lifts. Bodybuilding.com is a good place to start looking for workouts.0 -
Get this and follow the program in it: http://www.amazon.com/Thinner-Leaner-Stronger-Building-Ultimate/dp/1938895290/ref=dp_ob_title_bk
