Who else out there suffers from PCOS? I'd love to add some friends that understand the difficulties that come along with this condition!
I have a big goal (over 100lbs!), and I know it's going to be a bumpy road. I'm determined though! Add me for accountability.

I was diagnosed with pcos years ago.. Losing weight has helped a lot!! I have lost about 200lbs so far!! It's such a struggle, I'm still trying to lose 10-15 more and would love the support and offer whatever help I can to you!0

I was diagnosed in my early 20's. I have fought my weight all those years. I lost 50lbs last year but put about 6lbs back on in Jan & Feb. I'm struggling to get my focus back plus get off the pounds I gained back & the last 10lbs I want to lose. I am not a someone who blames my condition for my weight gains. Yes it contributed, but it was still me who chose the Big Mac over a salad and was content to sit on the couch rather than walk.0

yes I was diagnosed in my early 20's and it was a relief to understand why my body just did not play by normal rules. I am yet again in battle with the bulge and still have well over 100lb to lose.0

I was diagnosed around 20 years of age, but my dr didn't really go into detail about anything. They slapped me on the pill and that was it. I finally started googling a few years ago and it makes so much more sense now. I don't always make the healthiest choices, but even when I have really tried to lose weight, it's been more difficult than others. I'm glad to not be alone in this.0
