Need to lose 20lbs

I used to be so motivated to work out 5 days a week but since having knee issues I have lost my motivation. I need to find my love for the gym again. Any motivation would be welcomed.

    YouTube 'exercises while injured' or 'exercises not involving knees'.... you can continue, but lighter, until you can resume. No excuses, there are always accommodated workouts to do. Much luck!

    Maybe try Pilates or yoga for now? Something low impact that keeps you motivated
