Need and Want

My biggest problem is learning when my body is telling me I need to finish my food or eat food because I'm actually hungry and to ignore when my body wants food just because I'm bored or because someone else is eating... Does anyone else have this problem? Does anyone have a good way to help know when my body needs nourishment an when it just wants it?
