Started thriveing on Saturday, insanity on Monday, day 3 of insanity and it's kicking my *kitten*, had to force myself to do it but damn glad I did

There ya go! Slowly you'll become almost addicted if you keep focused, dedicated and committed. The feeling when done is a natural high eventually and you won't want to stop..... keep up the great (and hard) work!

It's all diet, use MFP and it's calculations and eat your burned calories from cardio and you will do great, I lost 100lbs in 12 months using MFP's numbers and recommendations.0

Yea. It's great that you're exercising, but if you have 100 lbs to lose I wouldn't recommend starting too aggressively. Make good diet changes and find exercise/cardio that you enjoy. You want this to be a lifestyle, not something you burn yourself out of.0
