Weight Loss & Trail Running!

I've had some struggles lately with yo yo ing bodyweight and suffered a broken hip as well. I'm still getting out there doing what I can and holding onto a 100 lb weight loss. I'm lucky to have done an seen some amazing things due to my weight loss and hope to work my way back up to running ultra distances. Just wanted to share my most recent race report with you all and encourage everyone of you to not let up. There's too many beautiful things to experience. Never again will I lock myself away indoors.
