Body fat methods: Bioelectric Impedance VS Military

My bodyfat% varies from 17.5%-19% when using my bodyfat scales.
Putting my measurements into http://www.fat2fitradio.com/tools/mbf/ say 17.5%

How does this compare for everyone else?

    For me, calipers, my scale and the fat2fit calculator are all pretty much the same within 1% (23-24%). If I use the "US Navy Circumference Method" it puts me at 32%!

    US Navy Circumference method puts me at 19.43%

    both are notoriously inaccurate. Calipers are best at home. Don't worry about the % but just the trend in mms.

    The Body Adiposity Index has me at 23.25%
