Have you used it? If so, do you think it really helps suppress your appetite? How about "the Scale Down Program" that is on the website--have you used it also? Last, what about the Complete card that gives a discount on price. Would you recommend Contrave as a weight loss aid? Do you have any comments regarding it?

    Contrave contains a combination of bupropion and naltrexone. Bupropion is an antidepressant medicine that can also decrease appetite. Naltrexone is usually given to block the effects of narcotics or alcohol in people with addiction problems. Naltrexone may also curb hunger and food cravings.


    Do not take CONTRAVE with high-fat meals. It may increase your risk of seizures. --- WHHAAATT??

    If you cant do it before the drug what makes anyone think they can do it without the drug. Every diet pill sounds awful.

    A few more:

    CONTRAVE can cause liver damage or hepatitis.
    Manic episodes. Manic episodes can occur.
    CONTRAVE can cause visual problems (angle-closure glaucoma)
    It is not known if CONTRAVE changes your risk of heart problems or stroke or of death due to heart problems or stroke

    Spend $20 on a digital food scale - the best money you will ever spend.
    Target, bbbeyond and walmart have them.

    If pills worked, no one would be fat. They just make your wallet thin.

    Mayo Clinic Heart Healthy Diet (my library had many books on this).
    Mediterranean Diet
    Whole Foods Plant based diets.
