Good morning everyone :) A little about me. I'm currently active duty army and I've gotten out of shape (again). The last time I swore it wouldn't ever happen again. I worked out twice a day minus sundays. I stopped eating fast food/ junk food and drinking sodas. I fell back into all of that. I'm currently on day 3 no soda /fast food (Yay!). Basically, if I don't get back in shape I'll be kicked out of the army. I have a beautiful wife and a daughter due in July(baby Aria!). I can't let them down. Or myself again. I'm asking anyone in here for support and help to get back into it and staying in it (for life this time!) I hope to hear from you soon :)

    Can you and your wife work together on eating healthy? You both have a good reason. Track you food in the morning for all meals and stick with it. Takes walks together before you workout,maybe.
