Yay for DC folk. You guys pay extravagant school bills, though. The highschool behind Yosaku in Tenleytown cost $50,000 a year. Bring a gym bag. Beginning of lunch break, hit up the rest room and throw on exercise clothes. Hit up the gym or do a short HIIT workout behind your building or in a break room or something. T25 or a jump rope routine is easy and no weights required. Then scrub face and sweaty areas in the restroom before you throw your work clothes back on.
If you have a full hour like I do, you have time for a 30 minute work out, 10 minutes of clean up, and still have 20 minutes for lunch which is more than enough time if you prep your meals.
