Time to start again.

Okay, so I have been saying forever that I am going to lose weight and get in shape. Back to my high school weight. Well I start and than end up giving in because it's to hard. Or I get stressed and end up eating alot. I need some motivation and tips on what I can do. Help!!! Where do I begin?

    Hi. My weight loss journey all kicked off when i joined jenny craig for a month. I think it was the high $ on joining them/food/consults that motivated me to stick to their dietary plan rather than the consultations. Whatever it was, it worked, i lost a little over a kilo a week. But what also has helped for me more recently is using the food diary on this app. I lost 2.2kg on my first week. Which is an unhealthy amount to lose, but still, just shows how powerful mindfulness is. Good luck with ur weight loss :)
