Looking for buddies

I relapsed on mfp for a while, but I'm back! I want to focus on cardio first to get back into the swing of things. I want to add in some weight and body weight/resistance exercises to work my core and upper body as well. I always incorporate lower body.

I'm in Seattle. I need some motivators and I am happy to motivate you as well.
