Are publix low fat rice cakes bad ?

    Is there such a thing?

In the UK, rice cakes are made with rice (carbs and proteins), meaning they are naturally low in fat anyway?

Kinda like gluten free almonds. Yes, I've actually seen that advertised.

My grocery store has sugar marked "low fat" on the bag. As opposed to, you know, the fatty sugar.

Yes, they are bad for your diet because nobody should be eating Styrofoam.

I eat the brown rice ones with TJs spicy bean dip and avocado. YUM!! If I'm'm feeling really wild I'll add some cheese and stick it in the toaster oven long enough to melt it. And maybe some salsa.

I eat them sometimes because I like them. Caramel and white cheddar are my favorite. :) I don't eat them all the time, but I do enjoy them from time to time.

I've been known to overeat rice cakes. I think they're yummy, and vaguely reminiscent of communion wafers . . . For me, they're a good lower calorie substitute for crackers when I need a snack.

A little cheese and salsa - I can destroy myself with a bag of tortilla chips in the house, so getting out 2 rice cakes and topping them with cheese and salsa fixes cravings.
