Wanting to lose 40lbs in Nky & Cincinnati

Hey there,
I'm a full time mom and photographer.
Living in Nky.
190 lbs 5'5"
Been struggling with weight mainly past 7 years after 2nd child.
Just changed my diet from low calories cardio to, low carbs strength training.
Finally seeing results!!
Any ladies in the area in the same boat???

    Well, we have some things in common. I'm 5'5", started at 200 last August, amateur photographer, and I'm east of Cincinnati. My first goal is 150, have 25lbs to go.

    I'm in Cincinnati too!! I'm not a photographer in any way haha but I'm in the area. I started my journey a couple years ago at 361lbs. I now weigh 157, trying to get to 140!! 17lbs to go! Nice to meet you!

    My goal is 155, what I weighed before I had my son.
    My ideal is 145, the " I feel good looking" weight!! Lol
