    Yes true but it still comes down to you to take it and applying it. Cause most just take good advice and don't do jack with it

    Now don't get me wrong, I'm not saying don't get motivated by others, this a perfect App for it. All I'm saying is that at the end you can make the changes and not ride on the motivation for the rest of your life cause I guarantee it won't last. Unless you decide you want to make the changes for yourself and not for others.
